Have I mentioned how much I love sriracha sauce?
I basically eat it with every meal, so an 18 oz jar usually lasts me around 1-2 months– less if the weather has been extra cold.
I put it on my fried rice, mac & cheese, pasta, dumplings, avocado toast, pho and so much more!
Other than a staple condiment, sriracha sauce is great to cook with, which is why I’m going to share this simple but out-of-the-world delicious recipe with you.
It’s easy on the wallet and is great for meal prepping!

Step 1: Heat the pan (I prefer pot) first, and in the meanwhile, use a paper towel to wipe extra moisture off the drumsticks.

Step 2: Add some oil to the pan and then put in the drumsticks slowly. Make sure to be extra careful when placing the drumsticks in the pan or else oil will splatter everywhere.

Step 3: While waiting for the meat to cook, take the sriracha sauce and brown sugar, and mix!

Step 4: Make sure that the drumsticks are completely cooked (undercooked meat is no good!) before adding the sauce mixture. Turn heat to low and let it simmer for about 5 min.

Step 5: Enjoy these tender and juicy drumsticks by themselves or add a side of your choice to make it a complete, balanced meal.
Bon Appetit!
